John Diehl as “Ted.”

John Diehl is a character actor whose career has spanned over twenty-five years. His career began in the early 1980’s in movies such as Escape from New York with Kurt Russell, and Stripes with Bill Murray, before landing a co-starring role in Michael Mann’s television show Miami Vice playing Hawaiian shirt clad Detective Larry Zito.

John has appeared in over 70 movies and over 40 guest appearances on TV.

Notable film credits include Motorama, Mo’ Money, Falling Down, two John Grisham film adaptations The Client and A Time to Kill, Stargate, Nixon and more recently Pearl Harbor and Jurassic Park III.

John lives in Ojai, California with his singer wife, Julie Christensen and son, Jackson.
