James Scura, Producer
James is currently in development with several scripts through his partnership with Bernard/Scura Productions. In 2008, he completed work as Producer/UPM on the feature “A Fork in the Road” written and directed by Jim Kouf, starring Jamie King and Missi Pyle. Prior to that, James served as an Executive Producer on the film “Two Tickets to Paradise”, directed and starring DB Sweeney.
James was also Line Producer for the Los Angeles unit on “The Air I Breathe”, starring Brendan Fraser, Kevin Bacon, Forest Whitaker and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
He also executive produced the film “Loose Women”. Prior to “Passionada”, James was Producer/UPM “High Times’ Potluck”, penned by Victor Colicchio (Summer of Sam) and featuring Jason Isaacs, Jason Mewes and Tommy Chong. Mr. Scura was Co-Producer on the film “Mixing Nia” starring Isaiah Washington (“Grey’s Anatomy”). The film was an official selection and award winner in numerous festivals, including the Toronto Film Festival.
